رومانس ڤيلا فعلا رومانس ڤيلا و حبيت ان ماء البركة دافي مماجعلني استمتع بالسباحه مع زوجي اغلب الاوقات اما بالنسبه لماء الشاور يحتاج تعديل وزنية تارة يكون حار جداً و تارة بكون بارد و الفيلا جداً ممتازة وجميله .. مطعم الفندق يحتاج تحسين من ناحية خدمة الغرف و جودة الاكل سيئة امانة

منتجع The Shore هو مكان ساحر يجمع بين جمال الطبيعة وراحة الضيافة الفاخرة. الـ Villa Romance هي نمط سكني فاخر ومميز، حيث يمكنك الاستمتاع بخصوصية تامة وإطلالات خلابة على المحيط.
بالنسبة لخدمة الاستقبال، فقد تجاوزت توقعاتي. كان الاستقبال ودوداً، حيث شعرت بحفاوة الترحيب والاستقبال. كانوا يقدمون المساعدة بكل احترافية وكانوا على استعداد للإجابة على جميع استفساراتي بابتسامة.
أما بالنسبة لخدمة الغرف، فكانت متفوقة. تم تنظيف الغرف بعناية فائقة، وتوفير جميع المرافق والمستلزمات اللازمة لتوفير إقامة مريحة وممتعة. كان الفريق متعاوناً وسريعاً في تلبية احتياجاتي.
باختصار، إذا كنت تبحث عن تجربة استثنائية تجمع بين الفخامة والخدمة الراقية في مكان هادئ وساحر على شاطئ البحر، فإن منتجع The Shore ونوع الـ Villa Romance هما الخيار الأمثل.
ملاحظة بسيطة عن المطاعم المتوفرة في المنتجع نرجو إضافة خيارات إضافية مثلاً قائمة المأكولات الهندية أو الشرق اوسطية، ستكون إضافة رائعة وتوسع خيارات الطعام للضيوف ورواد المنتجع. يمكن أن تضفي هذه التحسينات لمسة مميزة على تجربة تناول الطعام في المنتجع وتلبي تفضيلات متنوعة للضيوف.

واجهنا صعوبة في تغيير الغرفة وعدم تعاون من قبل الاستقبال وبعد الغائنا للحجز بدأو بمراضاتنا بتغيير الغرفة
فندق جميل للراحه والاستجمام افطاره متنوع واطلالته جميله
موقعه بعيد عن كل شيء لكن للراحه والاسترخاء ممتاز
الا ان موظفين الاستقبال غير متعاونين
الفندق الصراحة حدث ولا حرج من فخامة الفندق و من فخامة الغرفة شي خيالي و شي جميل يستحق الزيارة والسكن فييه ، كنت حاجز الغرفة الرومانسيه في اعلى الجبل وتقدر تشوف من خلالها وقت غروب الشمس الفندق مافي حوله فعاليات كثيره لكن تقدر تروح للباتونق بيتش والمولات والمحلات موجودة هناك 20 دقيقة بالسيارة بس الشي اللي ماعجبني في الفندق ان الغرف في اعلى الجبل وما تقدر تتحرك من مكانك الا بواسطة القولف كار
