اخص بالذكر كل العاملين مثل اهلى يتعاملوا معنا بحب وليس مجرد محاولة تأدية العمل جيدا
لابد ان تعطى للعميل فى فيروز حرية هاف بورد او اول انكلوسيف كما ان الاضاءة ضعيفة او اللمبات غير موجوده امام البول غرفة ٥١٧
لا يوجد ساوند على البيتش من ١٥ فبراير حتى ٢٠ فبراير بدء الساوند اليوم ٢٢ وامس ٢٢ فقط

بصراحه فندق تحفه بجد كل الخدمات متوفره و الغرق فوق الممتاز و مهما قولت مش هعرف اوصف مدى سعادتى و شكر خاص لموظفى الريسبشن تما و بالاخص الاستاذ محمد على و واصف قمه فى الاحترام فى التعامل و الهوس كيبنج تحفه و المطعم جميل و الاكوا بارك تحفه بجد بنصح بيه

وجود جراج داخل الفندق حاجة كويس جدا

يا ريت مدير الفندق يشوف التعليق. الحقيقة إدارة الفندق لم تضع أى قواعد لحفظ كرامة و احترام النزلاء.و واضح إن الإدارة تضع فى اعتبارها فقط اللى يروق النزلاء من المستويات الدنيا. نزلاء شكلهم غير مريح بالمرة بيشغلوا سماعات على الشاطئ ألفاظها بذيئة بأصوات مزعجة و أفعال فاضحة بموافقة إدارة الفندق أهانونا و خطفوا منى التليفون على مسمع و مرئى باقى النزلاء و منهم الأجانب. غير باقى ال amenities الغير متوفرة.على سبيل المثال عدم توفر فوط الشاطئ و المطعم مغلق و كنّا بنروح نفطر و نتعشى فى فندق تانى..أنهينا إقامتنا و هنترك الفندق حفاظا على كرامتنا .
