الفندق جميل جدا و مطاعم متنوعة وخدمة ممتازة وموقع تحفة جدا والاكل متنوع وخصوصا المطعم الرئيسي و بالذات نيفين وابانوب ومستر وليد مدير المطعم وكذلك مطعم اليكس وخصوصا اسعد بصراحة ناس قمة في الذوق والاحترام ومطعم ساموراي جميل جدا وعبد الرحيم هناك قمة في الذوق والادب

كانت الاقامة أكثر من رائعة الخدمة مميزة استقبال مميزة
من مستر مينا ومستر محمود قسم الاستقبال
الأكل طعمة تحفة خدمة المطاعم كانت مميزة استقبال مشرف الحقائب كان تحفة البارات مشروباتهم حلوة جدا وخصوصا الكوكتيلات شكرا جدا لكل الأستاف اللي ساهموا في أن الاقامة تبقي جميلة
