Kindly note that we have investigate the room allocation, and we confirmed that during the time of your check in till the departure time all the rooms nearby elevator were occupied.
On the other side the team offered to upgrade the room to higher category without additional cost, which was nearby the elevator. However, you preferred the ground floor room.
This is also has been noted and updated to your profile for your future visits in order to serve you better.
Regarding the Spa usage, please be informed that as per country rules and regulation only registered guests are allowed to use the hotel facilities after paying the hotel charges.
