كانت تجربة رائعة جداً استمتعت في الفندق بداية بإستقبال الموظف الرائع حمدان تسجيل الدخول و اختيار الغرفة وترقيتها لي إلى جناح بسبب عضوية بونڤوي البلاتينية … الإفطار كان في مطعم فرن و الخدمة الرائعة من جميع الطاقم و على رأسهم Sanjit الذي كان يلبي كل ما نحتاجه … وسهولة الوصول للمول من الفندق … بإذن سيكون لي عودة لهذا الفندق .

عبر الأجهزة المحمولة
وصلنا الفندق بالوقت المحدد كان في الاستقبال السيد حسين رحب بنا و سلمنا الغرف التي كنا قد حجزناها مسبقا بدون اي تاخير كانت الغرف نظيفه مرتبه و اطلاله على المدينه حسب طلبنا و قد تم اضافة الافطار مع الغرفه حيث المطعم يقع في بهو الفندق و يطل مباشره على المجمع التجاري الكبير و الاشهر في المنامه الستي سنر
دائما القهوه العربيه موجوده في بهو الفندق مما يميزه عن غيره
الافطار كان لذيذ منوع و يرضي جميع الاذواق
الاقامه في الفندق مريحه انصح به و اخيرا نشكر السيد حسين على التعاون و حسن الاستقبال

المكيف حار جدا طبعا مو أول مره
علما بأني كلمتهم قبل ماأدخل الغرفه وقلت للموظف حسن
المكيف حار في الغرف دائما وشيك عليه
وبعدها اتفاجأ بالمكيف الحار واتصل عليهم واخبرهم
وبعدها بنص ساعه يجون ويصلحونه وللأسف نفس الشيء
وأرجع اتصل عليهم ومافي احد يرد
كانت ليلة مأساة كأنك مشغل مكيف صحراوي هواء عالفاضي

جدا رائع و علاجي ايضا و كان الاخ راشد في خدمة العملاء قمة في ذوق و روعه و المكان جدا نظيف و ملازم الى المول ايضا
انصح به للعائلة و جميع من ارد عطلة استرخاء و سرور و فرح
