I would like to apologize if you did not find what you expected. We are a Holiday Inn EXPRESS Hotel, rated as a 3* hotel and the slogan of our group is SIMPLE AND FRESH. There are other hotels of the IHG group as 4 and 5*hotels which offers much more services to our guest.
As Holiday Inn EXPRESS we do have to follow the standards given to us. Our room size is 21m2 per room as in all Holiday Inn EXPRESS Hotels. Whenever a guest has forgotten his toothpast or shaving tool, we inform the guest to contact the reception team. Just next door, there is a Restaurant called Molino with Italien and Swiss specialities for reasonable prices. A Mc Donald is reachable by walking 5 minutes and other restaurants are within walking distance.
The standard of our chain is without luggage service or mini-bar in the rooms.
There is a Snack-machine at the Lobby and we do have a Bar near our reception desk.
Dear Mr. Mohamed A., we follow the Holiday Inn Express standards and we passed our annual check from our headquarter in all points, also regarding the breakfast items, which we offer free of charge to our guests. We are a simple and fresh Holiday Inn Express Hotel with friendly hospitality services. Thank you very much for your understanding.
