I's also like to know why you aren't listed on Open Table, the reservations site. We use them a lot, as many do, as much to find a special place in a new town. The reviews are invaluable, the reservation system pretty foolproof---and it's easy to notify dining partners in the party of the final time, location, menu, etc.

I notice that you have a number of possible gluten-free items (salads, salmon, bangers, most steaks---assuming the sauces/flavorings are gluten free; wheat, barley and rye are where gluten is found). Are your waitpersons up to date on which items are safe?
