Hi there Quite a bad experience from your point of view and we are so sorry since we have a very international approach in our pizzeria which is not so common in Roma. In fact we have excellent rating in international reviews. From what I understand the key problem for you was not being able to change the pizza recipes. Well, in this case I have to confirm that we do not appreciate changing or adding ingredients. SEU PIZZA ILLUMINATI is not a DYI pizza; all the combinations are balanced and studied to be also visually presented. PIER Daniele is an award winning pizza chef; I am sure you wouldn't go in a famous restaurant and ask the chef to remove or add ingredients from his creations. BURRATA is NOT always ok on a pizza neither is tomato. Rather the opposite. I am sorry you felt discriminated but the same would have happened to any other client: french, Italian or Russian regardless. I wouldn t go to an English restaurant and ask to take away the stuffing from the Sunday roast or add Pesto on a shepherd pie. I am afraid this is respect for a culture from my point of view. As per the timing, no one ever waited 45 minutes for a bill since we opened, and if you were in such a urge to leave you could have come to the till as many clients do. I am sorry but maybe this Rome trip wasn't too relaxing for you.
