I booked with Booking.com for a 2 days vacation at this Hotel with my family(as it was a national holiday in Egypt and every hotel is surely prepared for expecting his guests). first, the Hotel reception was obscured and vacant as we thought it was the wrong place, later we found only one working there as receptionist with a very bad way of talking and receiving guests. we checked and headed for the room. We found the room with horrible furniture inside. I made the booking as double king bed room but it was a twin so icalled reception, he said they don't even have king bed and when i asked him why you said that on booking.com he said it is none of his business.!!!!!!!!!! no.2 I asked for baby cot, he said no baby cots...!!! I started to be angry ... and said if you want an extra bed instead the cot but i have to pay for it.!!! I tried hold my anger. and stayed this night.. when we woke up i called to have the breakfast in the room.. they refused but when I started to be angry they sent me a 2 years old kid meal for 2 adults .. (I was going to have lots of photos but really it was even more disgusting for me to do and for you to see such trach) Dears, Don't even think for going there.…
