So i booked this place for my friends. On their arrival, their experience was terrible. Non of them ended up sleeping in any of the rooms i booked for them. The rooms weren't neat and were with insect and bugs infestations. Also, the lights went off at a point and it took them forever to restore the light. The hotel Manager Richard said prepaid was finished. (i mean how can you allow prepaid to finish when you are running a hotel business and you have people who have booked rooms?)POOR SERVICE RENDERED. We asked for a refund too because we didnt sleep in there and had to go and book another hotel but Richard will not refund. YOU BOOK BB TRIBUTARY HOTEL AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
And Richard, a little advise, instead of finding ways to defend the poor service rendered, you shld rather be apologetic and find ways to retain your clients to avoid bad reviews like this one.

This place is terrible, bad customer service especially from the manager, poor network service, prepaid got exhausted and manager said it’s from ECG but everywhere else had electricity, little bugs/insects at night, paid and reserved for a king/queen size bed got there and it was a single and half bed (I won’t even consider that size a double-bed), rooms not worth the price they’re charging. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone.

The management is friendly. Always willing to accept customers recommendations complaints in good faith. I recall the Manager was quick to change a room for one of my friend without taking additional amount when he requested for a room change.
I highly recommend the facility for everyone.

This place is poor by any measure, comfort nil
Hospitality zero, WiFi minus one. Apparently two people of the same sex cannot share a room anywhere in the world as the owner explained to us! This lead us to have to purchase two grossly overpriced rooms with the worlds noisiest fans and thickest bed sheets however if you enjoy eating a toasty in the morning whilst watching a chained monkey this is the place for u!

Hello Steven, G Very sorry for the delay in reply to your review. It was very unfortunate that you could review us this way. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay with us. BB Tributary Hotel would like to put on record that the review from Steven G. was not true. Steven G. and his team were three, and all the three wanted to sleep in one standard room which can accommodate only two adults. It was against the company policy for 3 adults to sleep in one Standard Double room. This was explained to them but they insisted to sleep in one room. They later understood and rented additional room at the same rate. Our network was down that day. Due to that, wifi was down. This was explained to them after all effort by the technical team to resolved it prove futile. We sincerely appologised for that. It was against the company policy for same sex guests to share one room. However, Manager have the discretion to allow after carefully analising the guest situation. We later allow 2 females to share one room after explaining to the manager that they were sister. BB Tributary Hotel is a pet friendly facility. On that day, a monkey was brought for purchase with chain at its waist but we were not ready at the time to purchase. It was released the following day to the owner because the monkey was chained. BB Tributary Hotel has the best hospitality service. Our bedsheets are very soft and very hygienic. We have Aircondition rooms and fan rooms. It was very unfortunate that Steven G. was complaining about the fan making noise. Our fans never make noise. The comfort of every guest is our hallmark. BB Tributary Hotel wishes to inform all our cherished clients that the review by Steven G. should be disregarded. None of our guests have ever complained about any of those challenges since our establishment in 2014. Visit us today and enjoy the best lowest room rates and even enjoy your breakfast on the river. We are always at your service. Thank you. Ayeh Richard
