Dear Darren B, Thanks for the review, your feedback is a crucial factor in boosting team's moral in hotel. You are absolutely right, the concept is similar to those hotel chains to make sure we give value for money to our customers. Our rooms are spacious enough to accommodate people on budget holidays. Thanks again for positive feedback on our value for money and cleanliness. Transport to Heathrow Airport is very convenient with all possible options and price is reasonable for budget. we wish you a good journey and hope to see you in near future.

Dear Jez W, Thanks for the review and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. We have designated area for smoking still few customers ignore that sign and stand outside to smoke. We keep reminding them to move from there but sometimes it is difficult to make them understand. Our night team is fully trained to keep noise level as low as possible by doing night patrols so that customers can sleep well but sometimes the behavior of few difficult customers causes issues for other customers. We seek police assistance if the situation is not under control, which on occasions is late in response. Once the authorities visit then everything gets to normal. We understand that you did not have good night sleep and for that we once again apologies from the bottom of our heart.

Dear Hannah P, Thank you for your review. We were very disappointed to hear your feedback. Please be rest assured we take guest feedback very seriously as this is imperative for the future success of our hotel and brand in general. In reference to your feedback about smell in bathroom I do apologize for the inconvenience caused and have asked my maintenance to check it and fix it, I have also escalated this with my senior management to look into it further. Regarding your feedback about room cleaning, I have escalated this feedback with the head housekeeper and have strictly asked her to make sure it shouldn’t repeat in future as this is not the standard of cleanliness we wish our guests to experience. With regards to your feedback about noise, I am really sorry you had such kind of experience and I can assure you this is not the sort of experience we wish our valued guests to have, however as an hotel we do come across all sort of clients and we do have regular walks in place to make sure no one is making noise and if anything like that happen we take action immediately. Our reception is 24/7 and I wish if you would have informed us during your stay about noise , smelly bathroom or room cleanliness we could have immediately moved you to another room as guest satisfaction is our top most priority. The EasyHotel concept offers space efficient rooms, designed to meet fundamental needs and all information regarding the rooms and extra services is made available on our website to familiarize the guests with the concept any time before making a booking, which also helps to tailor and flex the stay as per each personal preference. Regarding room size, we have various categories of room to choose from for more space to meet up different guest expectations. Our concept sacrifices some luxury space in order to keep rates down and offer great value for money. It is very unfortunate that you experienced air-conditioning issue during your stay and I can assure you appropriate action has already taken to avoid any future occurrence. Hi, can anyone tell me whether it is possible to leave your car whilst you are away at this hotel? If yes, how much?
If you book through Holiday Extras you can get an all inclusive deal. Think I paid about £50-60 for 5 nights

Does anybody know how long the hoppa journey takes between this hotel and Terminal 2?
They say 20 mins but depends on traffic. I would allow at least 30 minutes.

Would I be ok to get from.the hotel to terminal 5 by 5am by shuttle bus?
I don't know if the shuttle bus comes to this hotel as it is off the Beaten track The premier inn on the Bath road is a decent hotel for. The airport and is serviced by the shuttle bus.

how close is the hotel to train station? How does one get from the hotel to the airport at 5.00am?
For 2 persons Hoppa bus and taxi are very close in price. For more than 2 persons taxi can be cheaper. Nearest station is probably Hayes and Harlington 1.4 miles (2.5km??) away 30 mins walk - 9 mins by bus.
