Thank you for your review. With the unique architecture of our original Residence Inn, it can be difficult for anyone with mobility challenges to navigate. That is why our friendly staff is ready to assist in any way, especially because we have no elevator to the breakfast area, which is located upstairs in our Gatehouse. Our breakfast attendants and front desk clerks have frequently served breakfast to our guests in the downstairs Hearth Room, or even delivered it to the room!
