I see your experience was worse than mine. They kicked me out (cancelled my reservation) for asking a question about how they protect our credit cards when they email the full credit card number back to you? Instead of answering, they sent an email back, we have cancelled your reservation. At least it was way before my trip, so I booked another hotel. They were also rude to my friend who was trying to make a reservation as he was going on the trip with me, They did not used to operate like this. I had stayed there for several years with never a problem. It looks like they must have gotten new owners who should give it up and sell to someone who wants customers.
