Dear Management, We were at your restaurant, The Dragon, on September 23,2018. That is na current review of the terrible service and poor food. Please pass this on to CEO MANAGEMENT. We enjoyed our stay at the LEGOLAND HOTEL, and had breakfast there.
Hi Hannah G,
I will absolutely relay your concerns to the team at Dragon's Den restaurant. Exceptional customer service and food quality is what we strive for so thank you for bringing your experience to light.
Thank you for your recent inquiry! Our Suites at LEGOLAND Castle Hotel will be on the west end of the hotel overlooking the entrance to the resort (LEGOLAND Drive). Please let us know if you have any other questions and it'd be our pleasure to assist.
Hi, I am about to book a Princess themed room and I am wondering if it is worth booking Princess Room with Balcony over the standard Princess room. Can find any photos. Are the rooms somehow different or is the balcony the only difference?
Dear Dovile S,
Thank you for your interest in booking the Princess deluxe room with a balcony! We absolutely love those rooms as the balcony has a view to the Royal Courtyard and the big screen TV were movies are played throughout the day. We do want to point out that all Princess rooms are located on the 1st floor of the hotel.
We look forward to welcoming you to our brand new LEGOLAND Castle hotel soon!
Our entire hotel team has dedicated themselves in improving the overall experience and have worked out many of the issues our reviewers commented after our Grand Opening of our LEGOLAND Castle hotel back in May.
We are still actively working on the soundproofing of our rooms and will have this issue resolved soon.
We hope to see you at either one of our awesome LEGOLAND Hotels soon!
Has anyone seen any evidence that the hotel is doing anything about the sound proofing and creaky beds as the hotel management has promised over and over in responses to complaints here? I have a reservation for August that I am starting to sincerely regret, but the optimist in me is hoping they might actually be trying to fix these problems.
We stayed at the castle hotel 4 weeks ago and didn't notice an issue with noise compared to other hotels even the Disney hotels but we didn't spend a tremendous amount of time in the room other than to sleep. We were enjoying the park and the rest of the facilities. The kids didn't have any issues with falling asleep nor did the adults. Our room was facing the commons area where the pool, park, jungle gym and movie wall are and most people left the area around 8pm so here again we didn't have any issues. We absolutely loved the castle and the kids did as well. So it depends on how much time you spend in the room especially during the day when most activity is going on and how sensitive you are to sounds as to whether it really is an issue. I have excellent hearing and am a light sleeper who travels A LOT and I didn't have any issues with noise or creaky beds. Getting out of the top bunk after one of the kiddos fell asleep was a challenge for this 5'8" girl LOL; it was such a wonderful experience I've been telling everyone about it.
