This hotel used to be one of my favorites in Jounieh, however unfortunately it has taken about 100 steps backward with the quality of service and overall comfort of stay. My husband and I stayed there recently for 20 days and I couldn't wait to leave by the end of it. Below are some of the letdowns of our stay: 1. Towels in the bathroom are worn out and have all kinds of stains on them. This was a major letdown as fresh towels is the least thing to expect at a 4-star hotel. 2. Housekeeping would constantly forget to place fresh towels in the room. 3. I had to shower with cold water about 4 times during my stay because they forgot to turn the hot water on. 4. At the lobby, I was once greeted with one of the Male employees smoking a cigarette at the check-in desk. 5. The lobby smelled like cigarettes many times. 6. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the floors of the room. The list goes on and on, but we are definitely not coming back.…

إقامة جيدة مقابل السعر

مريح جدا البقاء. كان الحديث. تم الترحيب بلطف ، وكان الموظفون مهذبا وتلبية جميع احتياجاتنا. أوصي بشدة. كان الموقع قريبًا من كل شيء ، حتى سيرا على الأقدام إلى جونيه الذي كان زائد. أيهم ودنيز كانت مفيدة للغاية وقدمت خدمة استثنائية. كانت أيهم تعمل بجد وكانت دائمًا تتجه إلى أبعد من ذلك لجعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة. بالتأكيد سوف أعود لعطلتي القادمة.

Sinta-se em casa!

Ao chegar ao hotel, como estávamos em família, estranhamos, pois em frente tem um Night Club e nos preocupamos se o lugar era adequado. Quando recebidos pelo dono do Hotel, que nos colocou muito a vontade, percebemos que havíamos nos enganado. Os funcionários são corteses e educados, ficamos por 15 dias e adoramos, inclusive pelo custo/beneficio.
