May I know the cancellation policy for the Dylans Country Cottages? I've booked 1 room and have no choice but to cancel the reservation due to change in itinerary. I emailed the cottage twice and did not receive any reply. What can I do now?

Prior to making payment for your booking on the website you had to confirm that you had read and agreed with the booking conditions for the cottage, which included the cancellation policy. I believe everyone that cancelled... المزيد
Prior to making payment for your booking on the website you had to confirm that you had read and agreed with the booking conditions for the cottage, which included the cancellation policy. I believe everyone that cancelled their booking with us last year received a refund if their cancellation was made in line with this so I do not understand your comment. I cannot find any email from you about this and wonder if it was sent to the wrong place. Perhaps phoning the business rather than asking a question on Trip Advisor would have give you the answer you needed. If you have an outstanding issue please call during our working hours of 08:00 to 22:00 NZ time so this matter can be resolved +64 3 319 5473.
