Dear SMT254, in my name and those of all my coworkers, thank you for this thorough review of our family-friendly hotel in downtown Quebec City. True that, our establishment caters to the very need your family vacation, whether it is by having a heated indoor pool, free high-speed WIFI connection, mini-refrigerators or 40” HDTV with a varied selection of bilingual channels, all available to our guests without any extra charge. Also, the room you mentioned with the pull-out couch, identified on all channels as “two queen size beds and sofa-bed” can easily accommodate up to 6 adults without breaking a sweat. Then there is our restaurant, Bistro le 330 as well as our coffee shop Café In that can fill the stomach of both young and old with freshly prepared meals. Breakfast is served every morning both as an “a la carte” menu and an American buffet and yes, there is a special menu for kids, just like for diner where you can enjoy a diverse North American Bistro-style menu. Both meals are available as room service during the restaurant’s opening hours with menus placed in every room. As for Café In, it is the best place to grab a lighter snacks to go or to eat on-site, with an awesome selection of gourmet sandwiches and salads, daily-made croissants and pastries along with a soup of the day and smoothies made with fresh fruits, just to name a few items available. To conclude, you are right to mention that despite our business address being on Rue de la Couronne, our main entrance is on Ru du Roi. Despite our best efforts to have more signage indicating our visitors where to go, we are still enable to display more clearly where to pull-in and drop your car, therefore the importance of your comment so other Tripadvisor users won’t have the same issue. Because of that, and of course for all the other topics of your review, we want to thank you warmly for these good words on our family-friendly hotel in downtown Quebec City and we are looking forward to have you and your family back on your next visit to our lovely city. Best regards!
