I understand there are 2 afternoon tea seatings - one at 2:30 and the later one at 4:00. According to the Burgenstock website, Salon 1903 is closed, so it appears as if The Lakeview Bar is the where "Afternoon Tea Above the Clouds" is served. Is the 2:30 tea service leisurely or rushed to make room for those at the 4:00 seating? Thank you.
