It is not my usual to do reviews, but this morning I want to do it because I was annoyed by the behavior of the unqualified staff of this bar. I asked for a focaccia with meat, in my humble opinion the sauce had hints of acidity, I point it out to the girl who in an unprofessional way answers that she had no problems and when she reports it I believe the pastry chef this smiles. To this gentleman I would like to say that in the meantime he learned how to make the pastry brioches, which looked like a sandwich from the day before, and then instead of smiling that he goes to check the ragu, as a true Pro does, and certainly he is not.Still my tongue burns for the flavor of the ragu ', however I paid and the ladies who stood at the counter made me do it not mentioning a minimum of interest in my complaint.I would tell the owner ,whose courtesy and professionalism I know,to carefully choose the staff, especially the smiling pastry chef, who is more professional as you compete with a figure who prepares food to be administered, because then people feel bad and could turn to the competent authorities

Ogni anno quando veniamo in ferie con la mia famiglia la prima tappa è da Giuseppe proprietario del caffè Nobel la qualità dei prodotti è ottima adoro le arancine che sono sempre calde e croccanti vi consiglio di provarle

Ottimo in tutto!dal caffè alla tavola calda passando per la pasticceria davvero assortita! La tavola calda davvero ottima al prezzo migliore di alcamo!!! I ragazzi al banco davvero unici!
