‪Excellent experience and highly recommended. However DO NOT pre pay the photo pack. We did and photos had eyes shut, and no refund offered or retake of photos. Disappointing for an overall very good experience.‬

‪Best view of NYC! The Empire State Building doesn’t compare to how modern, and open this viewing platform is. The 360 views were breathtaking and it never seemed to be very busy.‬

‪Summit , extremely disappointing ‬
‪So badly organised, more people let in at one time than they can cope with. It was like we were battery hens. Staff looked under pressure trying to manage people. Totally underwhelmed by the whole experience. It actually took us 45 minutes to get out as yet again we were forced to join a queue of other poor people who just wanted to leave too. Clearly the whole experience is more style over substance. ‬

‪The view is astounding from any point
I enjoyed the different environments and concepts throughout the visit.

Definitely an amazing experience that I would recommend anyone.

I booked to go during the sunset and it is the best. Exceeded by far my expectations. ‬

‪Not worth the money!‬
‪Myself and 2 friends visited on 27th November. They whole experience was very poor, we had our tickets checked 5 times before we got up to the first space, very frustrating!. The views are superb. The mirrored floors are all scratched, the art is just a space filler. The ballon room is ok but very overcrowded. Its a complete money making venture, not a trip I would recommend to anyone. The cocktails looked good but the rooftop bar is underwhelming. ‬

‪Original et innovant‬
‪Nouvelle manière de visiter un building avec des miroirs qui nous font perdre nos repères, des ballons, de la transparence et une vue magnifique sur l'Empire State Building et le Chrysler Building.

Tout est bien organisé et la visite se déroule de manière assez fluide, même s'il y a beaucoup de monde et donc un peu d'attente.

Je vous conseille de réserver vos billets par internet avant. Et n'oubliez pas vos lunettes de soleil, car tous ces miroirs ont de quoi vous éblouir même s'il y a quelques nuages.

Vous pourrez également vous faire prendre en photo sur un promontoire transparent (faites-le avec votre appareil, car la photo "officielle" coûte pas loin de 30 dollars).

Coté pratique, l'entrée se fait par Grand Central. ‬

‪We wanted to hit one observation deck on our trip. We were already staying on the 62nd floor of the Residence Inn Central Park, so we were already spoiled with great views. Summit One had extra features to make a great experience. Security/entrance process was well staffed and went smoothly. They suggest you wear sunglasses if visiting during the day. It's extremely bright in there with all the mirrors reflecting. The views were stunning, and the visual effects from the mirrors were a great bonus. My 9 year old loved the room with the silver spheres. It was so cool!The whole place has the artist Yayoi Kusama written all over it- although I think she is only credited for the mirrored blob art installation. Really a great experience. ‬
