‪لقد اشتريت زوجًا من أحذية Manolo Blahnik لابنتي كهدية تخرج. تم شراء الأحذية عبر الإنترنت. بعد أسبوع واحد من انتظار وصول الحذاء، اتصلت أخيرًا بمانولو لمعرفة مكان الحذاء. خدمة العملاء. قال المندوب "كان هناك خلل في جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بهم ولم يتمكنوا من رؤية طلبي، لذا فقد أرسلوه لي بين عشية وضحاها." وصلت الأحذية أخيرًا في الوقت المناسب لتخرج ابنتي. ارتدت ابنتي الحذاء في حفل التخرج وفي الخارج لتناول العشاء. كانت الأحذية هشة للغاية وبدا النعل كما لو أنه تم ارتداؤه منذ سنوات. لقد اتصلت بخدمة العملاء وتحدثت مع شخص ما لمعرفة ما إذا كان بإمكانه المساعدة في هذا الأمر. أردت أيضًا أن أعرف سبب اهتراء هذه الأحذية بهذه السرعة وكونها أحذية هشة. استمر مندوب خدمة العملاء في تكرار نفس الشيء مرارًا وتكرارًا. لم تعترف حتى بما كنت أقصده هنا ولم تستمع إلي. لقد استمرت في العمل كما لو كانت روبوتًا أو شيء من هذا القبيل. لذا فإن خدمة العملاء لا فائدة منها. لا أحد للتحدث معه ولا أحد لمساعدتي. يبدو الحذاء سيئًا وسأعتبره مجرد خسارة. ما يقرب من 1000 دولار. 00 خسارة. فقط اعلم أن كريستيان لو بوتين يصنع حذاءًا أفضل ويتمتع بطبقة إضافية من الحماية. . . هذا هو الطريق الذي سأذهب إليه. لا شكرا لك مانولو بلانيك. كنت تعتقد أن خدمة العملاء ستكون على قدم المساواة مع مصمم الأحذية، ولكن لا. لن أقوم أبدًا بإجراء أي عمليات شراء أخرى من MB.‬

‪I purchased a pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes for my daughter as a graduation gift. The shoes were purchased online. After one week of waiting for the shoe to arrive, I finally contact Manolo to see where the shoe is at. The customer serv. rep said "there was a glitch in their computer and they couldn't see my order, so they will overnight them to me." The shoes finally arrived in time for my daughter's graduation. My daughter wore the shoes to the graduation and out to dinner. The shoes were so fragile and the soles looked as though they had been worn for years. I contacted customer service and talked to somebody to see if they could help out with this. I also wanted to know why they wore out so quickly and are such a fragile shoe. The customer service rep just kept repeating the same thing over and over. She didn't even acknowledge what my point was here and she didn't listen to me. She kept going on and on as though she were a robot or something. So customer service is of no use. Nobody to talk to and nobody to help me out. The shoe looks awful and I'll just take it as a loss. An almost $1000.00 loss. Just know that Christian Lou Boutin makes a better shoe and has an extra layer of protection ... that is the route I'll go. No thank you Manolo Blahnik. You'd think that customer service would be up to par with a designer shoe but, no. I will never make any more purchases from MB.‬

‪Buyer beware.
I purchased a size 6 Ballerimu pair of shoes online for $745. When I tried the shoes on in my home my heel was hanging over the back of the shoes. I walked around my apartment with the shoes for about 5 minutes to see if they were in fact as small as they seemed. I decided that the shoes were too small to wear. I requested a returns label, packed them up and shipped them back. The company denied my refund claiming that the shoes were worn and damaged and that the proof was in the image that I submitted with my return request where the shoes were on my feet. This company is greedy, unethical, and looking to take your money. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I am left out of $745 and a pair of 5.5 size shoe sold to me as a size 6 that I cannot wear. Do not let this company take your money.‬

‪I can't believe the shop closes. It was always an experience and absolute pleasure to shop there. The manager new the customers and made yourself comfortable and welcome. Good luck, I will miss you!!!‬

‪I have never had such outrageously bad experience in any shop in my life! And this is in the centre of NY! First the guard said I am only allowed to stay in the shop for 20 mins and then the shopping assistant just said I can't even get inside because she is busy with 1(!) other customer in the shop!

Never again I intend to shop in this company. This is just absolutely nonprofessional and unacceptable in 2019.‬

‪Non sono solita fare recensioni negative, anche perché solitamente tendo a comprendere in maniera del tutto serena tutto ciò che può succedere all'interno di un negozio, essendo il mio stesso campo lavorativo.
Ma la brutta esperienza nella boutique di Manolo Blahnik a New York, avendomi lasciata totalmente basita ed infastidita, merita quantomeno una recensione negativa; è il minimo che posso fare perché se mi fossi permessa di dire alla Manager ciò che meritava probabilmente non mi avrebbe venduto le scarpe. E a New York è l'unica offerta, quindi evidentemente si può permettere di fare ciò che vuole.
Cosa che comunque ha fatto.
Andiamo per gradi.
Oltre che occuparmene per lavoro, sono un'appassionata di calzature femminili di un certo calibro, ed essendo la mia prima volta a New York, in viaggio di nozze, mi ero ripromessa di comprarne almeno un paio.
Vado in boutique 2 giorni fa per provare queste scarpe: una calzatura che arriva a costare sino a 1000$, si preossupporrebbe quanto meno un certo servizio.
E invece no.
La politica della boutique è questa: essendo calzature con saldo ("cheap" come ha detto la Manager) la cliente ha 20 minuti per comprare dopo di che viene sbattuta fuori dal negozio, non si possono provare più di 3 paia, e la commessa oltre che darti la scarpa non fa altro; quindi
Sono state tutto il tempo sulla porta dell'ufficio a conversare tra loro.
Posso comprendere e accettare seppur non condividere, esco dal negozio alle ore 17:15 dicendo che ci avrei pensato e che sarei tornata l'indomani (costo della scarpa 430$), la Manager mi toglie la scatola da sotto i piedi in maniera infastidita e nemmeno salutando se ne va.
Tempo un paio di isolati decido di prenderle, e siccome sarei partita per l'Italia il giorno dopo, decido di tornare subito indietro per non dover rifare il viaggio il giorno dopo fino al negozio visto che ero lontana con l'hotel.
Torno alle 17:36 (ora di chiusura del negozio 18) e a porte chiuse la commessa mi comunica che il negozio è stato chiuso alla vendite alle 17:30.
6 minuti prima.
Le dico di dover solo pagare un paio già provato e niente, non mi apre, e mi dice che devo tornare all'apertura dell'indomani.
Armata di pazienza, e un po' infastidita, decido di tornare ieri mattina e andare a comprare le scarpe.
15 minuti di attesa sotto al sole, ed entro nel negozio.
Di nuovo: 20 minuti a disposizione e solo 3 paia da provare.
Riprovo quelle del giorno prima, decisa a prenderle, e tentata di acquistare un secondo paio chiedo alla Manager,che mi aveva riconosciuta dal giorno prima, di portarmene un altro paio che avevo visto e delle quali avevo chiaramente visto esserci il mio numero.
Mi fa aspettare 10 minuti facendo trascorrere appositamente quindi il tempo a mia disposizione, per uscire poi dall'ufficio dicendomi di non avere il mio numero.
Ora, la scena è stata molto chiara: pensava le stessi facendo perdere tempo, e non voleva darmi la seconda scarpa. Non aveva capito le volessi prendere entrambe.
E a me, a quel punto, trattata così, mi è passata la voglia di andare oltre.
Per concludere, ha proprio tirato fuori il peggio: mi guarda e mi dice in tono assolutamente e chiaramente provocatorio "quindi, ci pensi e torni domani?“.
Ecco, a quel punto le ho detto serafica" no, ok le prendo ora."

Concludo qui e non racconto ulteriori dettagli perché penso di essere già andata oltre, ma penso sia giusto recensire quanto è successo. Perché dell'America ho apprezzato tantissimo la serietà e la professionalità dei negozi, ma questo non è stato all'altezza.
E me lo ha confermato una ragazza del posto che aspettava in coda con me.

Sicuramente la Manager, sapendo di essere la sola proposta di vendita su New York si permette di fare ciò che vuole e non le interessa perché sà che la scarpa se la vuoi, la devi comprare li, ma posso e sento di dover dire che mi ha totalmente rovinato la mia prima esperienza con Manolo Blahnik. Un'esperienza che desideravo fare da tempo, un po' come regalo e ricordo del mio viaggio di nozze.
La scarpa l'ho acquistata, ma non ho
assolutamente vissuto un'emozione positiva e non ne ho un bel ricordo ne impressione.
Non tornerei in boutique e le comprerei online o aspetterei di andare a Londra.
Credo che questa persona, stoni completamente l'ambiente e l'atmosfera della boutique. Non per la politica dei 20 minuti o 3 paia, ma per il modo di far passare una scarpa come dice lei "cheap" a 430$ e farti sentire in difetto perché la compri.
Non sono abituata a questo, e non è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Anzi.‬

I am a customer shopped at NYC boutique sale on Madison Ave. I have been treated discriminately by the woman manager. I like to file a complaint of this sale started this Mon. First day all hangisi are $295. Next day she decided to increase the price to $395. This is unseen at any other sales. Especially this is a final mark down. Only because she noticed a lot of ppl flooded in, she decided to increase price is RIDICULOUS. Today is 3rd day. She changed again. She decided to set a 30 mins shopping time limit and 3 pairs hangisi max/person. Even I waited more than 3 hrs and was 1st in line. She pointed at my face in front of everyone else and told me not to get in. And this is not the first time she did this to me in public! Only because I shopped the day before! I had to wait in scotching sun for another hour until everyone else inside finish shopping to get in. This is NOT FAIR AND VERY WRONG! She did this to me more than twice on different days! Not to let me in when its my turn in line. I had to wait outside because I shopped before.

There are many returning customers. Why am I only one not welcomed to shop like everyone else? You dont like my money my business? She talks and behaves badly so rude like she owns this store and I am shopping at her home. Whats Manolo brand's patronage? I only bought reasonable amount which is only TWO pairs yesterday. I told her. She is playing deaf on me. Why was I treated differently than everyone else and get humiliated in public?? This is SO WRONG! Is it because I am Asian???‬

‪while we have bought manolos in the past (nieman's and in london) and had excellent experiences, the surreal encounter at the manolo store in nyc has us rethinking whether or not to ever buy another pair of manolos.
admittedly, we find ourselves purchasing louboutins more often than manolos, as their women's and m en's designs are funkier. nevertheless, we went to the manolo store fully expecting to come out with 8 or 10 pairs of men's and women's shoes (our usual modus operandi). however, the following experience quickly dissuaded us of such thoughts:
we entered the store and were ignored by the saleswomen standing at the door to their "office" having a conversation with a colleague.
we perused the shoes for quite a few minutes, and were never acknowledged other than a cursory glance.
i asked if they had a few pairs of men's shoes in my size: the response, which was called to me from the "office": without anyone coming out to actually look at us, was "no". we never bothered to inquire about the women's shoes.
this is the second time we have had a disgusting experience at this store. we had only returned because we had seen pictures of some interesting new shoes.
we left and went to christian louboutin, where the service is always accommodating, helpful and sincere.
i do not expect a response to this review. arrogance never apologizes.‬
