Such a great workout with great people and a great program. I lost 10lbs in a month and I feel amazing !

Even if you’ve never done it before, this is an amazing workout and easy to catch on to. Staff is so upbeat and high energy. They are right there for you, encouraging you to meet your goals and challenge yourself more.

Everyone is so supportive and welcoming! The instructors are great at promoting community and an enjoyable atmosphere.Awesome instructors! Always there for you. Pushing you, encouraging you, and teaching!

ILKB provides with an excellent workout that is fast and fun! I joined ILKB to get a fast workout with the most benefits. One thing that I did not expect was the fitness family that would be included with the great workout! The instructors are great at motivating you to BE YOUR BEST and always achieve to DO BETTER! ILKB (I Love Kickboxing) has such a positive environment which I love to get away to remove myself from all of today's negativity... A definite recommend for anyone looking to better their health, motivation, endurance, and feel better about themselves.

I love this gym! The instructors are full of energy, encouraging and they give their all even if you're the only one there. They are very personable and knowledgeable and they actually care about you as a person, your goals, and if you show up. It doesn't matter what your current fitness level is, they'll help you find modifications if you need them and they'll encouragingly push you to push yourself. And the best part? You get to hit and kick stuff and feel awesome about yourself when you finish a class!

ILKB is amazing! The trainers are fun to work with. They come around to help me and make sure I am doing the right moves. They make my workout so much fun! I highly recommend anyone to join this gym. So glad I joined!

The gym was great, the trainers were very welcoming and energetic. The gym seems very family oriented and inviting. I think we may have a new home!!! The workout is fun and you forget your working out!!!
