I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for Huckleberry Woods. I chose the piggy walk and play. Such a wonderful experience. Huckleberry has no frills but all the employees and volunteers are passionate, caring and hard-working. It is obvious they love all the animals there and the animals are happy to be there. It was great to see so many roaming around and not in concrete pens. You can tell they are all well looked after. I spent a couple of hours at Huckleberry and loved every minute. I felt myself relax and remained ’chilled’ for the rest of the day. A special thanks must go to Scarlet who made my whole experience amazing. I will definitely return. Thank you so much!

This place is so lovely, a warm greeting and we were given our animal feed & then led us through the entry into the orchard, we were greeted by the Alpacas who love carrots.
Lots of chickens, turkeys to feed.
Brushed some goats (I mean I’ve never brushed a goat before )
We paid to walk the micro pigs and we had Trotski and I think Lord Truffles- Linda and the other lady (sorry cannot remember her name) were absolutely lovely, so informative and chatty as we walked round the orchard, very relaxing.
We also had a some drinks in the cafe, a big pot of tea was a great end to the afternoon
I would 1000% recommend coming here, fantastic job ladies

It's was a lovely experience.. especially for my children. First time seeing a life farm animals. They talked about it all through our journey home. The stuffs are all very friendly and easy to talke to. Funny as well. The animals all look healthy. My son walked with the pig trosky. Lovely snacks... The ice cream is so creamy and rich. I so much love the muffins So yummy. Including the little play ground for kids.

Absolutely loved our afternoon it was a great experience for my grandchildren they loved the interaction with the free roaming animals and enjoyed feeding them

Absolutely fantastic day out! There are many different animals roaming freely, all of whom are very friendly and adorable! It is clear that the animals are very well cared for and the staff are very passionate about what they do. We had a miniature donkey experience which was great and thoroughly recommended. I would definitely go back to this charming place!

My twins did a micro animal bedtime experience.. The service was excellent and Belinda was brilliant with the kids. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience and loved being with the animals. Highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the experience (walked the donkeys) and setting. Staff were all nice. Would recommend and definitely take the kids

We had a lovely time at Huckleberry Woods. We were greeted by the alpacas who were roaming the orchard waiting for a treat of carrots from the visitors. There was a pretty sheep with her two lambs also free to roam and she was calling to them like a mum with her naughty children as they kept wandering off. The highlight was walking with the two miniature donkeys around the orchard and feeding them carrots and grooming them too. We had a cup of tea and a biscuit afterwards. Highly recommended for a great couple of hours.

What a beautiful and unique little place. There are sheep, alpaca and chickens roaming, which is just lovely to see. There were also pigs and goats. All the staff were amazing and very knowledgeable, particularly Scarlett. It is rustic, without all the hustle of large farms and has a calming feel. The animals are really happy and clearly well loved. Would love to go back

I visited Huckleberry Woods with a friend who lives close by. I booked the micro pig encounter as I wanted to get up close to the pigs.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and will tell you all about the animals.
I thoroughly enjoyed walking round the orchard and being able to feed the alpacas and donkeys and the birds.
My micro pig encounter was great. I learnt all about the pigs and gave them lots of scratches and belly rubs! I can’t wait to return and do playtime with the goats.
It was lovely to visit a small place where the animals can roam and are clearly so loved and well looked after. I will be back soon!

Hi are you able to eat in the cafe area as I'm bringing an autistic child and he dosent eat normal food items so may need his pack lunch
Also are you allowed to wear shorts

So sorry only just seen your question.
The ladies that run it are lovely and i do not think would object to a child having a packed lunch. Yes shorts are good although there are animals obviously and some are walking free.
Super place to go.
