‪Family Fun for all‬

‪This was the most fun our family has all had together ever!! Fun for all ages; we have 4 girls ranging from 1-13 and even me and my husband were able to do the activities. We spent literally all day here. ‬

‪Such an amazing place! Endless fun for all ages! Additionally, It is a beautiful building and the crew is spectacular! We especially enjoyed Max helping us! He was very friendly, informative and helped us along the way! Will be coming back, thank you! ‬

‪Money hungry‬

‪This place is a money hungry scam! We brought our son's and paid $100.00 for them to play. All we wanted to do is watch them and we're told it would be an extra $25 per adult just to go to the bottom floor. We were told that we could sit at the top and would be able to see everything around us and everything they were doing which was a total lie because there were multiple times where we could not even see our children. There are too many child predators today just to let your two kids go play off by themselves and then not be able to see them because some of the lines are long and some of the tunnels go underground. Never in my life have we had to pay just to watch our kids play. They could come up with a wristband for parents that show that they should not be on the equipment and they are just there to supervise or watch their kids. There was a lack of employees and people helping some of the children and we even witnessed a child being stuck in the middle of a zipline. It took 30 minutes just for a staff member to come and help the child that was dangling from the zip line. some of the attractions the children had to wait over 45 minutes in line to do just to be only on it for 20 minutes and have to come back down. They should not be allowed to charge parents just to come to the "VIP section" which is a joke because all the difference is is that the chairs are cushioned. The extra fee for the adults is just a scam to make extra money and it is a joke. What if something was to happen to one of our children and we did not know because you cannot see every little thing from the top and they cannot have things in their pockets on some of the courses. We would not be there to help them or catch them if they were to fall. This place should be shut down because they are not at the best interest of the children. I know that they are going to comment on this post saying that we could pay extra or upgrade to come down and watch our children but that is BS. We will not return to this attraction and I do not recommend it to anyone.‬
