Awesome experience. Friendly service! If it is your first time, I would suggest doing the moderate room first. Would go again! Great family and friends activity.

Excellent and lots of fun!!!! I've become somewhat of an escape room fanatic(?) Groupie(?) Conosour(?) Ie I really love escape rooms so I've done them all over and this place is a good one

We had a great time in the Blizzard Room. It would be a great escape room for beginners! We have done a few and it wasn’t as challenging as some, but challenging enough to be fun! Staff was friendly and welcoming- great Saturday day date!

Staff was welcoming and informative. Made everything easy to understand. Lots of fun and younger kids preteens able to easily get in on the action.

This place is among my top five Escape establishments! Awesome staff and great decor. The puzzles are just right.

We just had a birthday party for our teenage son at Complexity. My son and their friends had a blast! They had selected the Mall puzzle room which is the toughest! 😀The owner and the staff was very helpful! They gave very clear instructions to the kids about the puzzle and also watched them throughout the puzzle time and gave them good clues to be successful!
It is a very straightforward place! No frills or drills or anything else to go wrong!

Never do e this before a d we love it. The staff is very amicable and able to help solve the task. We finished it in 59 minutes but admit needed the help from the staff to accomplish it. They have 3 escape rooms available and plan to return to this place in the near future.

My team of 6 and I completed a Complexity room as a team building exercise. Although difficult at times, it shed a lot of light on the strengths and weaknesses of our team and has been the driving force in helping our team have a stronger sense of communication. Will definitely be back.

In general, yes - they should have a great time.
Our normal guidance regarding younger players is that while we offer a family-friendly game:
children under 10 may find the puzzles and strategy a little complex.
Teens 17 and younger must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Players younger than 15 must have at least one parent or guardian present in the room while they play.
