Went for the first time last week, my special request for a package was accommodated with no problems, beautiful environment, professional service and skilled therapists. I particularly enjoyed the aromatherapy massage. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Already booked a second appointment, hope it will be a similar positive experience.

Telephone number does not work. Had to go to the spa to book. Was requested to arrive 15 minutes early for the treatment (Camelot Signature Massage). Yet the treatment started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. The lady at reception entered the room twice during my treatment, presumably to communicate with the therapist about their schedule. Too much light in the room considering the type of treatment. On the positive side: the treatment was good (albeit a bit rushed because of the late start and early finish) and it did relieve tension. The therapist was lovely so it's a pity about the overall experience.

All their therapists are talented and caring professionals, and the spa has a welcoming, gracious atmosphere. The pools (indoor and outdoor) enhance the whole experience of wellness and relaxation.

60 minute massages were only 40 minutes, management told us 20 minutes was for their cleaning and preparation. Terrible service and arrogant staff. Was not a relaxed day, more of the opposite

Booked the 2.5 hour personalised journey for my mom, sister and I as a family reunion bonding day. The treatments are customised for each person according to preference, and we all enjoyed the treatments. The manager kindly included complimentary lunch (wraps) and a bottle of sparkling wine. We were most grateful and felt thoroughly pampered.
