Excellent place in Egypt mother of the world really beautiful country and amazing sea .the red sea the best sea in the all world.

Treatment agreed for 2 hours and 15 minutes. To 1 hour and 30 minutes we were outside. Staff brutal and asking for tips. €20 tip was clearly not enough. After the treatment we had bruises and rashes.

An absolute disappointment, we stayed at the hotel titanic beach and spa until last week.
My wife and our daughter had the pleasure to do their hair, rasta braids.
They told us the hairstyle lasts 4 weeks, which we found a bit long.
But that after only three days the hairstyle looks like fresh out of bed, we would not have expected.
After consultation with the hairdresser we were told that they can do nothing.
And they promised us in the beginning
that on the day of departure the hairstyle would be fixed again so that we could fly home with top hairstyles.
So we passed by as agreed, but there was word that only a few braids can be straightened.
Absolutely not recommended, very bad work

The sauna, steam sauna and jacuzzi work great. But the whole impression is spoiled by the staff. This is the person who looks after the sauna. This person is not at all welcoming, not customer oriented, and rude. He also tries to cheat with the sauna time. He stated that he had only paid for 10 minutes and forbade the use of the jacuzzi and turned off the steam room. I replied that I did not know what he was saying. The manager at the reception said that you can use it without restrictions. I demanded to call the manager, he said that everything was ok and did not bother me anymore. On another day he was not there, he came later. He came up to me and started asking if I had taken a shower? I answered him, Why didn’t you see? He was very surprised and left. My friends also visited this sauna and he told them that they could only stay for 90 minutes. They did not defend themselves and do not visit this sauna. Unprofessional and impolite attitude towards the client does not give the opportunity to relax. There is tension.

I use this gym on a regular basis because the staff are friendly, I feel very safe there due to the women only excercise floors and female staff. The equipment is very up to date and more modern than my gym in the UK and it is very clean.

I get more that i expect from treatment,but service should be more professional and organized.
Too many sfuff on the receptiin,but not enought work productuvity I came to know menu and prices,they offer me to sit and wait,and after 10 min soneone fron tris big team group came and bring menu.I use to see opened menu and prices in public area,not hidden ones or somebody bring in from undertable.
About treatment i booked, they asked payment in advance.It is ok for me if they worry too much that custumers will not come.
When we came at out appointment time,we waited another 15 min to go in changing room, after that we waited more staying before steam room door.And out masseurs came finally and let us go in.
Scrub and body mask were good, but masseurs left room many times to bring some stuff they needed.and also did not know how to use shower to remove scrub and mask.It looks like its their first treatment.
And the end they sent us jacuzzi and left.
For all treatment in steam,hammam,shower and jacuzzi we had obly obe towel to use,no sleapers no one way underwear.By luck we had our own.
Time of our treatment should be 40 min,we spent inside spa aroung 2 hours including waiting on every step.But its ok.
Well,it was experience like that.place was new and fresg but staff should be more professinal.we were on vacatiib and did not want complain,but u told them all notes on reception,answer was ok ok ok.
