‪أحب هارد روك! تعمل هنا مجموعة رائعة من الأشخاص. خدمة استثنائية من لحظة دخولك من الباب حتى تسجيل المغادرة. لقد واجهنا مشكلات من قبل ولكن تم تصحيحها في الوقت المناسب. مطاعم رائعة والمفضل لدي هو Counsell Oak. لويس وفيكتور هما الأفضل! محكمة طعام لطيفة مع مجموعة مختارة جيدة. الأسعار قابلة للمقارنة مع معظم المطاعم الموجودة في الكازينوهات الأخرى! بالتأكيد سوف تواصل زيارة ر!‬

‪Love the Hard Rock! Awesome Group of People work here. Exceptional Service from the moment you walk in the door until you check out. We have encountered issues before but are corrected in a timely fashion. Great Restaurants and my favorite is Counsel Oak. Luis and Victor are the best!
Nice Food Court with a good selection. Prices are compareable to most eateries the in other Casinos!
Definitely will continue t visit!‬

‪The hotel is beautiful, exciting and has a great selection of food outlets. The thought behind the visuals, atmosphere and even the plantings showed that the hotel staff really wanted your visit to be special.‬

‪The Dueling Pianos is always an entertaining way to end your evening. With a good bar for a night cap and awesome music done in such a fun way. Everybody has a blast and gets involved.‬

‪The Hard Rock is great! It is bright, the live music is great and they have great eateries throughout the hotel. We didn't stay here, but spent most of our time here. Breakfast at Starbucks or Alexia's Patisserie (fantastic). We enjoyed walking around the hotel and getting a photo by their standard large guitar out front. ‬

‪$10.00 to park even when staying at the hotel‬

‪This is by far the nicest casino, rooms are very nice and clean. Casino staff are very friendly and helpful. The women at the parking booths need to take some customer service lessons. It does annoy me that you do not get free parking even when staying there. If you go out for dinner and need to drive, be prepared it will be another $10 to get back in. Parking receipt is only valid for the day you arrive …WTH ?? I doubt that I will return to AC, really headed downhill quickly and the business/casinos don’t seem to care. Hard Rock is very clean, great atmosphere and beverages are easy to get., just wish it wasn’t in AC‬

‪I got cussed out over a dollar tip to a valet driver.March 20th a driver told me "I must be crazy if I think he gonna do anything for a phucking dollar"Refuse to give my dollar back. Hire people with better personality, do research on people, they show you who they are.‬

‪If I could rate it with a negative 3 stars I would. I went to the salon for a basic updo and some lashes. I saw the girl a picture of what I wanted and she started my hair. It was clear from the start she hasn’t done updos in awhile. My hair was so tight, messy, falling out before I left the salon. That’s not even the worse part. When it came to lashes, she had NO idea what she was doing. She started by putting on one lash and taking it off because it wouldn’t stick. Meanwhile she used SO much glue and the glue is now all over my eyelid. After what felt like a very long time she finished and I knew something was wrong. She put my fake lashes on my eyelids! Yes, on my eyelids. She added so much glue you can see it all over my lid. My eyes are burning and I just had to leave. Before I got into the elevate to go back to my room, my lashes fell off. My left lash got stuck and glued up (laying on my eyelid by my brow) ingot to my room and took them off. My kids were so red from all the unnecessary glue . I hope they don’t do this to other people. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was such a disappointment and a waste of 120 bucks plus the tip I left her. Which I shouldn’t have. I’m so disappointed I wasted that much money. I wish they would have just told me they couldn’t do the services I was asking for. They offered make up and eyelashes but it was very evident that the woman had no idea what she was doing.‬

‪The best dinner buffet HANDS DOWN in Atlantic City! We ALWAYS stop here at least once on every trip. Service is always good, the chefs are available to ask questions about dietary concerns and the settings are of higher quality than your average buffet. The attitudes of the management is the only things that is iffy. They are simply not pleasant. After eating walk around to enjoy the installations that can be found all over the hotel. There drink selections available through the slots are plentiful! Being your walking shoes and stretchy pants. So you can walk off all the good food you'll enjoy at this casino!‬
