worst customer service ever.
an old man who flirts with young girls who are literally more than half his age and thinks it's funny or appreciated.
although, it has been pointed out many time by different people but for some reason he seems like he forgot how old he is or what are the normal protocols for customer service..

My wife ordered a bag from their online store ..once she made the order she received a call from customer service confirming the order, size of the bag and description. The ordered arrived with total different bag ( smaller and missing a lot of accessories but for the same price). She called and messaged them describing the case ( she found the online price if the desired bag has changes). They apologized and confirmed they will ship the correct bag without mentioning that she will need to pay any extra amount. After 4 days they shipped the correct bag and we were surprised that the delivery guy is asking for extra amount of 750 EGP. We called the contact person ( Mr. Magdi) who said he will check and after almost 20 minutes he said that we will need to pay the extra amount. We paid just as were worried that the delivery guy might be responsible for the payment as he works for a different company. We will never shop from them again.

My husband and I shopped in the Sami Amin store in Maadi and bought a number of lovely items. We purchased a unique briefcase, and several very creative belts. The prices are good compared to those in the US, but high for Egypt. That said, the items in the Sami Amin stores are one of a kind, handmade artworks that can be purchased no where else. The leather quality is good and better than most we saw throughout the country. But if you are looking for butter soft leather, you still won't find it here. Most Egyptian leather is rather hard, but probably quite durable.
Shop at Sami Amin for unusual, hand made gifts you won't find anywhere else.

Took my friend who was visiting Egypt for the first time and she ended up buying 2 bags!!!
the store offers loads of great quality leather and brass designs, from desk items, to jewellery to off course bags! a great place to buy unique handmade items!!
