I have tried for weeks to make it to this event and the few posts and information out there was not clear. One had listed two different places that it would be at or start at. Besides that It doesn't seem to be weekly and i did get an answer only saying its the follow week which I showed up to the location on the post and there was nothing. I have emailed, called, messaged, and so far they don't seem to care about providing information or responding within days of contact.
So, If you are looking for any kind of responses or answers to questions the response to emails, whattsapp, or overall customer service I wouldn't attempt it at this time since it does not seem to be a concern for them.
I thought this was just starting up and it will hopefully improve over time but I am not sure.
