The sook try to imitate the atmosphere of the night and street markets of Bangkok. It is reachable via hotel shuttle boat or Sathom ICONSIAM shuttle. For those, who do not want to discover a night market or take street food from local sources, this is a good alternative. While we can not comment on the shops located here, we took a few bites here. Especially the oyster omelet was excellent.

What crap the so-called Gold line to & from ICON Siam. 2 tracks, 1 train. Not efficient. You wait longer than need be. They need to run both trains.

We came here for dinner & absolutely loved the vibe from all the locals.
I would say a must visit place for hawker food in Bangkok.
Clean, air conditioned & very reasonably priced for being inside a 5 star shopping mall.

Amazing array of different cuisines located in themed venues. Looks upmarket and tasteful, not tacky. Yet the prices were very reasonable, some equivalent to street stalls. A place you must visit when in Bangkok.

Sook Siam is the food level of the IconSiam mall. The latter is a highend mall. Sook Siam is beautifully renovated with many food vendors. This mall can also be accessed by ferry on the Chao Phraya River.

수상시장 느낌이 물씬나면서, 음식도 맛있습니다. 실제 수상시장 가면 덥고 습하고 꿉꿉하고 그런데 여기 와서 인스타용 사진이나 그런거 찍어가면 될 것 같아요. 음식도 맛있고 길거리 음식들보다 위생상태도 좋아서 믿고 먹을 수 있습니다.

We visited icon siam in 2019 for the first time and was enthralled...unfortunately this time in Aug 2022 it reminded me of congested smelly railway station...it's actual essence and beauty lost.....
Only filled with food kiosks and nothing else...is Thailand only this???...one more thing it was raining and the mall staffs managing the hotel boat pier were ..inefficient unhelpful and rude..

I visited the ICONSIAM shopping centre specifically for the Sook street food style eatery, which I found to be amazing 👍
The rest of the shopping centre is Lavish.
The free river shuttle runs from Sathorn Pier below Taksin BTS skytrain station.
The activity on the river is also great to see 😊

A showcase of Thai culture. They have water with boats like on a floating market. They made this a great representation of Thailand and Thai culture. I love spending time here. I especially recommend getting som coconut ice cream, it was delicious.

The Sooksiam " indoor floating market" is big, I think it occupies 3/4 of iconsiam's ground floor. maybe around 30mins to an hour will do in sook siam area.
