Da visitare e osservare come lavora un vero artista. .la mostra nel suo piccolo è stupenda e alcuni pezzi meravigliosi...passate se potete perché ne vale la pena. ...

non si può immaginare se ne son lo si vede con i propri occhi di cosa sono capaci questi tre artisti, niente a che vedere con la ceramica tradizionale! sono a pochi passi dalla casa natale di leonardo da vinci e forse ne hanno subito l'influenza!

There are so many places to buy ceramics in Italy, and it's usually the cheaper, souvenir-type stuff, so why not venture off the path and visit with some true artists? Leonardo da Vinci's home is also nearby, and recommended to visit. You should google Taccini's website and absorb the background on this family before you visit the gallery. We were hosted by Alesandro, who is a real gentleman but needs an English translator to really understand all that he has to tell you....and that's a very interesting story! Most impressively, we were shown a work-in-progress piece that was just recently chosen by the Vatican to honor the new Pope, selected from over 700 works of art from around the world! And if you can afford it, purchase one of Taccini's wonderful vases or other one-of-a-kind works of art completed by the father, who is now deceased. This is a highly recommended visit!

Chi ha la fortuna di andare nello studio ora a Montelupo, trova un vero, grande artista pieno di umanità e sensibilità. Basta vederlo quando insegna ai bambini durante la settimana della ceramica a Montelupo. Le sue forme, i suoi colori sono una gioia per gli occhi,ed anche per chi non ama quel tipo di forma d'arte, ne riceve sempre una positiva impressione.

Se capitate in zona passate a trovare questi artisti... E se non capitate in zona... Cercate di farlo ugualmente!
Potrete ammirare opere fuori dal tempo, in un luogo sospeso tra sogno e realtà.
Se sarete fortunati potrete avere l'occasione di parlare con i tre fratelli Taccini... E restare incantati dalle loro parole... Capirete allora come sia possibile la straordinarietà del luogo e delle opere, tutto parte da questi tre uomini speciali, e prima ancora dal loro Padre.
Andateci...
Potrete ammirare opere fuori dal tempo, in un luogo sospeso tra sogno e realtà.

The art by these 3 brothers blends Tuscan, Italian, traditional, and modern sensibilities. Their art has been exhibited throughout the world, including Japan, the Vatican, South America, US, and of course churches in Italy!
They have a ceramics art curriculum, where you can learn the techniques of painting, art, and sculpture from true art masters! You should contact them to schedule and get more information.
The gallery is a large 2 storey expanse where you can peruse their latest works. Be prepared: the art can be large and dramatic! Some pieces can take up to 2 years to complete. They can ship anything you buy, making it so convenient to take a piece or two for your collection.
I love the Choral Angels collection! I also am very compelled by their sacred art and traditional Rafaelesque interpretations. Find them, it is a moving experience!!!
