My fiancé and I went to try to find him a tuxedo for our wedding and the man was incredibly rude and even borderline mean. He acted like he was incredibly annoyed we were there. I don’t know if he is always like that or if it was because we are Americans (though I speak Italian). Whatever it was, it was a horrible experience that left us feeling really bad for the rest of the day.

Terrible service
After buying shoes from the shop, I tried them again at my hotel and realised that they are actually a bit tight. When I tried to exchange them next morning the shop assistant refused to do so claiming that they were worn even though there were no marks or anything like that. I tried them once at the shop and I couldn't put them on without horn at the hotel. The assistant tried to give me lesson on how they were used etc.. I have never experienced such a attitude at any shop around the world.
It seems that with service like that it is better to order online where I checked the prices for the same items are much lower.

I remember your visit in our shop and we simpaticly talk about your visit in Torino, in this time,you ask me a pair of mocassin in an exactly size,and i gived you,i remeber also you want this exactly size and you tried in front of mirrow..The next day you come back to me to change the shoes,and i remember very well that we go downstairs to change the shoes with absoluty no problem from me,infact you tried next size,but when i check the shoes that you return,was signed and wet as signed like used.First you ask me to replace it bringing somewhere to make new,in this past evening was also raining,you told me that you tried in hotel,they were looking like used one evening outside, sole signed striped ,lether not as original as you buy and also wet sole, I want repeat as i told you,we cannot change shoes used, our customers buy shoes new like you.If for you was a lesson,for my is education, nowhere change you shoes like this also online.

Non serve avere un guardaroba pieno zeppo di robaccia, meglio poca ma buona e stilosa, e propio in questo negozio trovi quel che serve per differenziarsi. Si forse un pochino caro ma una volta deciso cosa comprare si può sempre trattare un poco sul prezzo

Entrati con amici per un eventuale acquisto veniamo accolti da un "elegante" signore che ci squadra come se fossimo degli esseri inferiori incapaci di aderire al suo stile di vita, diamo una prima occhiata al piano terra (angusto oltre ogni dire e con prodotti ammassati come in un ripostiglio) sempre seguiti dalla presenza attenta dell'accogliente omino;a questo punto rendendomi conto della sua voglia di servirci chiedo lui dove posso trovare un certo tipo di scarpa che li si vende, lui molto poco garbatamente mi fa presente che il modello da me richiesto è in magazzino in quanto non in liquidazione e pertanto non è esposto (il messaggio subliminale era il seguente:per gente come voi non mi scomodo, mi infastidisce la vostra presenza, non vedo l'ora che vi leviate di qui); decidiamo comunique di dare un occhiata al piano di sotto in cui in nostro anfitrione ci indica essere presenti alcuni modelli di scarpe da me ricercate tra le quali non c'era il modello da me cercato come precedentemente annunciato (vorrei citare le scale, molto old fashion con appesi alle pareti 2 ritratti di ufficiali del regio esercito che spero siano antenati, quasi 2 santini, in cui per nobilitare un minimo un esercizio commerciale da bottegai piccolo borghesi come quello se ne sentiva veramente il bisogno). Traendo le somme di questa esperienza nefasta oltre che propormi di non mettereci mai più piede, mi chiedo come si possa avere un approccio così antieconomico per la propria fonte di reddito (o meno prosaicamente quello che ti dà da mangiare) e comportarsi come quegli orridi figuri da cinepanettoni ormai anche loro fuori tempo massimo, come si può esporre striscioni al neon nella propria (presunta) blasonata vetrina in cui si promettono mari e monti per poi esporre i miseri fondi di magazzino. Non proseguo oltre perché non vorrei offendere la suscettibilità di nessuno, ma poi non stracciarti le vesti sulla stampa con la retorica delle grandi multinazionali dell'abbigliamento (cattivissime) contro i piccoli commercianti (ottimi campioni della razza) come te che si sentono come il solito Davide contro Golia in quanto il primo nemico di te stesso sei tu.

Siamo entrati perché Sir Wilson è un negozio storico di Torino
Vetrine coperte per svendita totale
Appena entrati ci hanno fatto posare le borse (non avevamo visto il cartello appeso alla scala che conduce al piano inferiore) in maniera direi non molto gentile.
Cercavamo un capospalla ma ci siamo sentiti dei sorvegliati speciali. Non abbiamo potuto vedere il negozio perché ogni nostro passo era seguito..... anche alcune cose che ci sarebbero interessate.... abbiamo lasciato perdere. Non si può acquistare se si ha il fiato sul collo....

駅前から５分程度のところにある歴史のあるセレクトショップで、メンズを中心としたハイブランドが揃います。私達が訪問した際は改装前セールをしていたようで、高級紳士靴などがかなりお安く揃っていました。家族経営のようで、オーナーのご老人の方が大変お洒落でした。

All'entrata siamo stati immediatamente ripresi senza neanche un buongiorno, da un commesso che molto sgarbatamente chiedeva a mie figlie ( 26 e 28 anni ) di lasciare lo zainetto come riportava un cartello che noi non avevamo visto (colpa nostra).
Crediamo ci siano altri modi di rivolgersi a dei possibili clienti.
