Nous avons loué 2 VTT électrique avec ma femme pour 1/2 journée et nous avons passé un super moment. Les VTT sont haut de gamme et de très bonne qualité, je tiens aussi à souligner la grande gentillesse des gérants. Nous reviendrons

nous avons passé en famille une rando guidée formidable grace à Elie ROBERT, son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse sa patience,son aptitude à s'adapter à chaque cas particulier au sein du groupe (maman débutante et stressée, enfants à 3000 , papa sportif). Il m'a enfin fait aimé le vélo ! et donné envie de m'y mettre et découvrir la discipline en famille. Une attention adorable et d'une rare gentillesse: c'était l'anniversaire de mon mari ce jour là et la maman d'Elie nous a fait la surprise de nous rejoindre avec un gateau d'anniversaire, bougie et boisson. une sortie parfaite grâce à lui, sa maman . encore merci pour cette journée. A renouveler dès que possible ! je le recommande à tout public expert, passioné ou débutant (archi sécurisant).

We turned up without a reservation (2 adults and 2 kids) at 9am and the guy in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful. Within minutes he had 4 perfect bikes for us and we were on our way. I would highly recommend these guys

Was in Avignon and called 'em up. The next morning walked in the shop and they had an out-of-the-box Canondale dialed in. Of course, new bikes need time for cables to stretch and what not. No biggie. I must say this is one of the best places to ride in Europe, The guys know their routes and sent me out for a great 90 K route. In terms of communication, finding the place, bike, and route, all was great. If ever in Provence, use this place.

I needed a replacement seat clamp for my race bike. The shop manager didn't have the size I needed so he called another shop and asked for the part. We went to the other shop, got the seat clamp and could ride again. Very helpful and friendly service also for small bike parts!

I needed to have my bike repaired whilst on holiday. The service I received at the Luberon Bike Shop was second to none. I required a new front chainwheel; which whilst not in stock, was ordered and fitted the following morning, just as the shop manager had promised and at a very reasonable cost. Enabling the continuation of a very enjoyable cycling vacation in the area including a climb of Mont Ventoux later in the week.
I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who needs to have a bike repaired or to anyone who needs to hire a bike whilst on holiday.
