Don’t ask the DJ for a song request….he brings his girlfriend to work with him and she will have a go at you! So unprofessional, will not be going back. Sherbet Dibdab was great but I didn’t expect to have a rude dj’s girlfriend have a pop at me for requesting a song. We left early because of this, shame as it used to be great when Madame mumu was there. Gone down hill….

valentine night meal , had the best time great meal and great service , everyone from staff was great especially lee .
food was great, king prawns was amazing ,pizza are great would definitely recommend the pizza's

We have done Mu Mu's for our last two xmas doos. This time there was a Tina Turner tribute on the last friday before Xmas. She was fantastic. She got everyone up and dancing, the atmosphere was brilliant and we had a great time.

Went to the abba night on 15th December. It was not worth the money at all. The blonde lady hosting the event was shocking and annoying. The food was awful. Emailed regarding one of the orders said it was noted down and it was still come out wrong. Not the Xmas party we had hoped. Never been before and won’t come back. We left the event early

I went to the bottomless brunch in the evening last Saturday. It was amazing! We ended up being put in the Cabaret which made it all the better the show was amazing. The Madame and kitty are the definition of talent. The service for drinks was so attentive and the staff made everything perfect (clearly the best staff in Maidstone)!!If anyone is looking for somewhere to go in Kent whether it’s a special occasion or just an excuse to have fun definitely go to mumu! Oh and the nightclub was so good after it was busy and the staff were super friendly!!!

Not what it was :(
(This was the cabaret 3-course meal experience)
I attended a hen earlier this year on a Saturday night, I did not stop belly laughing the entire time and the food and service was great!
Fast forward to August - I encouraged another group of girlfriends to come, I had upsold the night as when I had been before, Madame MuMu doing a bit of comedy/roasting as well as singing parody songs etc. There were also two fantastic acts supporting and there was barely a break between one performance to the next. The audience interaction was the best part.
This time however I noticed the room was just over half full, we were on puddings and it was 9pm and no performances had started. Eventually Madame MuMu sang one song, before taking an extended break. We are unsure if they were short staffed and I hate to be a ‘Karen’ Madame, but it was not a touch on when I came last time which is such a shame.
In the end I think there was 3 songs covered, 2 supporting dances by the amazing Kate Errington but sadly little else. A few girls commented they were bored :( - as for the Ibiza theme, nothing to indicate that was case I would have been gutted if we went all out in terms of theming it!
Finally, at the end of the experience last time it became a party upstairs and the atmosphere was amazing, this time most people had left and the furniture around us was being packed away. It was a real shame :(

Incredible !!! The atmosphere , food and unbelievable performers! Madame Mu Mu is AMAZING. So much laughter, naughtiness and stunning voice! Will be back soon!!

I was there last night for selection and I was over the moon! The show, the food, the organisation, the vauchers for tbe club, amazing way to make us go there... Everything was incredible..
The only one I thought to be better was the music at the club.

I booked the country themed brunch for the 12th January for my 21st celebrations, the booking was for 15 people including myself and cost £710. The booking process was easy and the staff were lovely, apart from the fact that 4 days before I was sent an email about a meal change so had to chase 14 people to get their new menu choices, there was no reason for this change and they played it off as a decision, due to the previous menu not being a hit.
When attending the brunch me and friends were shocked to see that our country brunch and people from downstairs, attending fifi brasserie having a three course had been put together in the upstairs room due to low numbers. This completely changed the atmosphere of the room and the whole night. This then explained the menu change.
I complained to a manager and was told an email was sent out making us aware of this, I showed all my emails from mumu's and proved I never received an email informing me of this change. If I knew of this change I would have gone elsewhere. When the music started we had half cabaret and half country, only two songs were played that were country themed, this was so disappointing as my party had dressed for the country theme and songs. There was no decorations to the country theme and when seeing other country brunches with hay barrels and balloons and the entertainers dressed for the country occasion this really annoyed and disappointed me and my friends.
The service for drinks was slow, we didn't receive our first drinks until 7:45pm, at this point we had been there for 15 minutes. When attending a brunch that is limited to 2 hours of unlimited drinks every minute counts.
When the food came out, most people in my group weren't happy with their food, the lasagna tasted like plastic and the burger was all over the place with presentation and meat was very chewy.
When further complaining to the manager, they offered a booth downstairs and some free shots, as I had explained that more than 5 people in my party had left due to being bored and not enjoying the night. With offering the free booth I was also told that when attending the night club section with the booth I could request any country song to make up for the disappointment the brunch had been.
When in the night club I approached the DJ and explained everything and that I was told I could request country songs, the DJ said "don't know why they said that, I don't do that music". At this point enough was enough and left shortly after this.
For the price of the brunch it wasn't worth it and was very disappointed, this is the worst brunch i have ever attended, it ruined my 21st celebrations and definitely wasn't worth £710.
Even when i asked for some sort of compensation I was refused as they still did the country brunch. However on their website it states "Yee-Haw! Saddle up for a night of country & western as sherbet dip transports you to a journey to the heart of Nashville" when actually they meant madame mumu will sing two country songs and the dancer will perform one country song. False advertising!
This review is not just one review but 15 reviews, my friends equally didn't enjoy the night and will be writing a following review. Absolute waste of money.

Visited on 3rd February for a friends special birthday. We have previously visited and had the best evening which was the reason we decided to book for her special day.
The venue was fantastic and cant be beaten. The food was good and staff were great although one of our waitresses was a bit rude but I totally understood why. No fault of her at all, the music was so loud and someone in our group had a problem with her food and both the waitress and our friend could not hear what was being said. The waitress became angry/frustrated and shouted at our friend.
The queue/wait at the bar was ridiculous, 2 members of our party queued for over half an hour for drinks and by the time they were back at the table their starters were cold and the main was being served .
The entertainment was a massive disappointment!!!! Yes, very talented performers but so very inappropriate and not what was advertised. Our party group consisted of ages between 20 & 60 and both male & female several decades and we all had the same opinion of the night. £45 per head for a very disappointing night.
Overall a very disappointing evening that was meant to be a very special memory for the birthday girl.
We have many photos and videos of the night but are not appropriate to share online.
