I was left confused. They have removed any reference to God so it wasn’t clear why /how Moses was running around doing what he was doing. If you’re going to change both the plot & the foundations of the story then don’t misrepresent yourself by naming the play after a well loved animated movie. People are flocking to see the musical on the basis it is an extension of the movie. Instead it is a messy imitation and a disappointment.

We received tickets to see the prince of Egypt as a Christmas present . And I can honestly say what a fantastic show it was . It wasn’t until the end of the show and the cast took to the stage that we were told it was the last showing of the the prince of Egypt in London . I was a little disappointed only because it was such a brilliant show that it was one I would definitely like to see again.
The cast , set, costumes the dialogue was great. And it’s amazing how much you learn about history.
Covid safe going into the theatre and being seated as well .

Amazing show from the first minute. Great actors, singers and dancers. Long play but it feels short as a sight. I can't stop recommending it!!!

My husband and I took our 10 year old son to watch this production and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The combination of the acting and ballet/dance was exceptional. The use of performers as stage set pieces and to create rolling rivers and a burning bush was very clever. The lead actor as Moses was superb. I recommend this for other families with similar age children. It is quite a long performance and younger children may struggle with the story but still excellent. Big thumbs up from us!

We managed to get some last minute tickets at a very reasonable price. It was a good family show - possibly less appealing for teenagers. There are a couple of good songs but I think they could shorten this production by half an hour if they cut out a few of the numbers

Probably I am the only person in this review section who didn't know the actual story))) so it was interesting for me to follow the story as I don't like to watch the stories which I already know. ;-) I find the actual production to be quite incredible. I did love the singing and the acting of the cast. In my opinion the actress who played Tzipporah was incredibly gorgeous and talented. I also liked Ramses, Queen Tuya and Seti. Their performances were strong and very believable, however in my opinion the actor who played Moses was not so strong as he lacked charisma and strength of the character he was portraying. Stage effects were fantastic and I did admire the work of the team who have produced them. I do recommend this show especially as it is ending soon you still have a chance to see it if you are choosing something for the nest 10 days.

I went with very little expectations but turned out to be quite an experience. From the first song, I knew we would be in for a treat. The performance of the original songs from the movie was nothing short of spectacular. The dancing, the singing... Unfortunately I found that there was too many new songs added. And that felt a bit too much. Also, the new plot was a bit of a let down. But appart from that, we had a great night!

Amazing experience. Exceeded our expectations, the cast, love music and dancers are superb. Special mention to the leading ladies. The new songs made just for this show (the ones that don’t appear in the movie), are heartfelt and sang with emotion. I cannot wait to come back. 100% would recommend, do yourself a favor and don’t miss it.

So so so happy to be back in a theatre. Beautiful venue, efficient and polite staff, clean and Covid compliant. I was seriously impressed with this production, I wasn’t sure how the story would be interpreted on stage but they nailed it! The cast were superb, fantastic choreography and a beautiful soundtrack. The singing, comedy timings, acting and dancing were all on point. A great combination of it all, that had me laughing and welling up. A well deserved standing ovation for the incredible cast.

Omg this show was absolutely amazing. From the singing and dancing and amazing scenery and use of props. Was so overwhelmed that I cried. Go see it. You will love it
