Finally made it to a Belleville Senators game ! Parking was ample and entry with tickets on cell phone was quick and easy . Lots of friendly staff with help to seats . Not a bad seat to be had , very bright and clean facility. The radio guy that does all the announcing keeps the game exciting in between whistles and periods. Great hockey to watch and as close to NHL as you will get without going to Toronto or Ottawa.

Went to a Belleville Bulls game. And we had agreat time. The arena is excellent.It was a very emotional crowd. It made the game exciting.

my wife and i attend several venues a year and this was by far not up to standards. staff are not friendly, other guests are always walking around, blocking view. after the second period i was going out for a smoke and was advised that once i am out i cant come back although the girl with the ticket scanner was sitting right there. every other event i have attended over the years was more realistic than this. sadly we left after the second period and will never return for any event.

We were there for an AHL game and had a pretty good time. The tickets were won by a friend of mine but checking the prices of the tickets, it is pretty good compared to the NHL game tickets in Ottawa. Go SENS GO !

Lovely facility for hockey and other sports requiring a large sporting complex, but the showers were terrible. Either they were cold, required repair or didn't work at all. I have suggested to Customer Service representatives in the main lobby, to rectify the problem or forward to upper management, who are paid indirectly from municipal taxpayers, but nothing is ever done. Why is the message not getting through?

We visit the CAA Arena on a regular basis to watch the Belleville Senators play hockey. The arena facilities are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One small problem for people could be the parking. With a number of activities going on in the other arenas, indoor track, gymnasiums and pool, at the same time, you should arrive to the CAA Arena early to get a parking spot.

ice pads, gym, walking/running track and a great pool facility. Family and public swims are very economical... great family place. I attend the senators hockey games, cold beer during the games and food as well. The food venues are better this year than last.
