We had the most wonderful experience using Cabo Lindo transport. They explained easily where to meet the driver when we walked out of the airport (DO NOT STOP INSIDE THE AIRPORT, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SAY THEY ARE YOUR TRANSPORTATION). When we walked outside our driver was holding a sign with our name on it. It was a very pleasant ride with a very friendly driver. He even described sites along the way making it a mini tour of Los Cabos. When we were dropped off we were told when to be ready for our pick up days later. Then we received an email confirming the information. When our trip was over, we walked to the lobby and our bags were already loaded in the car. Another super pleasant ride and the friendliest driver. Would absolutely recommend Cabo Lindo transport to any of my friends. Not only was the price the best, they were incredibly professional and gave VIP service. Comparing notes with other people in our party that used other transport companies made me so happy with my choice. The only transport company i would use in Los Cabos.

Cabo lindo transport is the BEST when visiting Cabo! I was traveling with a group and had 10 individual round trip pick-ups. From the initial contact with Antonio to the drop-off back to the airport, their service is nothing short of amazing! Drivers are friendly and the cars are spotless! I recommend Cabo Lindo transport fully! Will definitely be using them again in our next trip. Thank you for everything!

Cabo Lindo provided excellent service. They took care of our airport/hotel transfers. Upon arrival, we followed their instructions and our driver was waiting for us with a sign. The driver was very professional and offered us water and beer.
Our transfer from hotel to the airport was also right on the spot. Very punctual and driver very professional.
I will definitely hire Cabo Lindo again when visiting Los Cabos.

This transportation company was 5 star! We planned our transportation in advance and communication was incredibly easy and they are very responsive. Our drivers were always on time. Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about their service! We rearranged our schedule twice and they were very responsive and with no complaints. Highly recommend!!

Always reliable and friendly. I have used Cabolindo many times to take me to East Cape and they have always been on time waiting for me which is so important when you are traveling with family. Highly recommend.

Nice vans and very safe drivers. Very personable. Cost was low for round trip . Drivers were very courteous.

We visit Cabo a few times per year and have tried multiple car services. This is the first time our drivers have been on time both ways - no waiting at all. Excellent first experience and we will continue to use them.

We've used Cabo Lindo for many years, and while there are some free 'shuttles' offered by some of the resorts, they usually make multiple resort stops and you're waiting at the airport forever for all to arrive so they have a full bus. Then they don't use the toll road out of the airport, and have to make their way through San Jose in stop and go traffic (add 30-40 minutes). Cabo Lindo's vehicles are always relatively new large SUVs with leather seating, the drivers speak good English, and will engage as much, or as little, as you like. With today's air travel and the flying bus, getting driven private is a real upgrade for the start and finish of a nice Cabo vacation. Very responsive owners will quote you a very fair rate.

So I went in their website to get what I thought was a quote. Didn’t give any payment info but got an email confirming my booking to pay cash on arrival and meet at umbrella 10. Is this normal?

Yes, this is exactly how it was for us this past FEB 2022. Exit customs, ignore all the people trying to stop you and sell you something and exit the airport.
Do nothing but walk out of the airport, you’ll immediately see restaurants on the left and rows of umbrellas on the right. #10 is towards the end. As we got close to #10 there was someone with a placard with our name in it.
I like that I didn’t have to pre-pay as it was our first time and wasn’t sure how the cab situation was in Cabo so it gave peace of mind we weren’t being screwed.
Also ignore the people inside the airport. I told a man we had a ride already and he said “I know I’m trying to take you to it” he was lying, didn’t know who we were and was just hoping to get us to stop so he could confuse us or start high pressure sales tactics for time shares.
Follow the directions in the email and enjoy your stay.
