‪My wife and I had an awesome stay at the Ritz! One of the hi-lites of our trip was trip awesome service provided by Rino. Rino made sure that we had everything we needed as well as checked in on us several times during our trip to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back and look for to staying at the Ritz and the beautiful beach. A special thanks again to Rino for making our 10th wedding anniversary celebration extra special.‬

‪I just returned home from my latest Ritz Carlton stay in Aruba. As I am putting my things away, I am also thinking of how delightful my stay was due to the exceptional service I was given as a person with some physical challenges in movement. I truly wish to express my appreciation to Rino Kuiperi. the casino host, where I enjoyed my last evening of my stay. He was both helpful, generous and attentive.‬

‪Our host Rino Kuiperi, set up our family in a very beautiful suite with a large balcony. The staff remembers your name, and drink order everyday. The food was perfect. The beach is clean. Not over crowded. Plenty of space and privacy for each family. We will be back!

Perfect place in Aruba to stay.. beach is impeccable, fantastic amenities, plush rooms and of course great table games and even 4 sport betting kiosks. Rino, the Casino Player Development Executive is your guy! He’ll help with anything you need. Highly recommend the experience‬

‪The casino is great, everyone is very friendly and genuinely happy to see you. If you play table games, they don't open until 6pm but there is plenty to enjoy at the hotel, beach, etc during the day. The casino is just starting to operate like a Vegas style casino in that if you are a more serious gambler, giving out comps, perks etc. Rino, an executive host, is a great guy...very welcoming and helpful when you need something. ‬

‪BEST CASINO ON THE ISLAND! BEEN TO ALL OF THEM!‬

‪OK, let us start with this. I have been to every casino on the island. By far, the service, cleanliness, and friendliness is unmatched. At some of the other casinos. I did not even feel welcome. But at the Ritz-Carlton casino Aruba, I have always felt welcome big time. Rino the casino host is a pleasure to deal with, the best on the island. The pit bosses, Bobby, Angie, and all the others, also make you feel welcome. The dealers, and the drink servers, all have smiles on the faces and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing and make it a fun experience.
By the way, getting a drink here is far quicker than any other casino on the island.
Isnt that part of the reason why we go to casinos?
Also please make sure you tip appropriately. If you are getting good service, you should always tip appropriately. I did see some people not tipping, even though they were having a fun experience, and receiving great service.‬

‪The casino at the Ritz Carlton is my favorite place to enjoy playing craps and having a great time. The staff is awesome starting with Rino. And Dennis. They are the best hosts. Then all the dealers are awesome and make you feel at home. Romar, Marshall, Glenn, Marvin, Larry, Sandra, Elvis , Giovanni, and the rest of the crew are the best. My favorite place ever.‬
