Feng Crossfit is a nice modern small facility located near Shida University. If you're a current student, fireman, lifeguard, soldier, you can get a discount for working out at Feng Crossfit.
What's different about this location is that the facility is clean and their shower's are all nice and modern... You just have to bring your own towel... Save some water guys.
Anyways, classes are small, people are friendly, and the workouts are great. Every Crossfit gym I've been to provides you a different experience and this one is no exception. Ed is a relaxed guy but he'll still push you to your limits.
Come check out his beginner's classes in the form of boot camp or fundamental courses. If you've been doing crossfit for a while, come try out his regular courses.
