‪Professional spa in a lovely historical setting‬

‪This is a lovely spa in one of Phuket’s relatively rare historical buildings. It has a beautiful open courtyard with a swimming pool and some interesting and fun sculpture artwork. The treatments are done to a very high standard, and treatment rooms are large, with large bath areas for taking showers and pampering before / after the treatment. On a number of visits, we did traditional Thai massage with herbal compress, aromatic oil massage, traditional Thai facial, and foot massage. Every treatment was excellent and met or exceeded expectations. The service was great all around — the spa even provides a car service to / from the venue, which is a big plus. We will continue to return!‬

‪Disappointment, and frustrated.‬

‪I can’t say any stronger my Ill feelings about the management and service, especially from a high end spa. First I had a couple bad experiences to which I complained to management. As a consequence they offered me a free 1/2 hour. I felt it was insulting to get a free 1/2 hour after two two hour massages. I thought I would not return. I did decide to give them another chance because I did like one therapist. When I tried to book with her, three times they told me she was at a different location of their spa chain. They told me the same about a receptionist I liked and wanted to get help me with the booking. Each time the information was incorrect and I drove to their spas only to be told the opposite - I got the complete run-around. . (You can’t call the individual locations) in addition management never answered many emails. There are better massage places in the area, just not as fancy, but they offer real customer service, not the fake stuff at this place. I wish I did not have to write this, but I am very angry and had to share. Just do an internet search, you will find the ones with good ratings. I Did in Surin with a great Google score‬

‪5 star rating 12/08/2021. Recently visited Oasis Turquoise Cove Spa. I and my husband are visiting Phuket Island under Phuket Sandbox Program. I got the Spa package as a complimentary gift from Thailand Elite. From the moment you arrive at the gate, your pampering session starts. Warm greetings from reception, she was very courteous and polite and explained the treatment that I booked. The massage therapist was professional, friendly and used her skills to get knead out the knots of my stress. (sorry I forgot to ask her name). I Had such a good relaxing Spa time. We were given a delicious cup of tea after the massage. I recommend Oasis Turquoise Cove Spa to anyone in search of a wonderful Spa experience. The facility is hygienic and SHA Plus+ Spa. They follow anti- Covid-19 measures. Keep up the good work, we will be back!‬

‪I went all branch of Oasis spa in Phuket but this place is the best. Warm greetings from receptionist “Freda” and great massage By “Nidha and Jira”.
They have standard and know how to massage.
The place is nice and clean. Definitely, come back here again.

‪we first didn't choose oasis spa, we try to book let's relax spa, however, pre-payment is needed for booking at Let's spa, so we pick Oasis Spa which allow us to book through Facebook for free. definitely higher flexibility. They also provide free shuttle pick up from our hotel! definitely hussel free for us, coz getting a taxi in phuket can be dramatic in price range.

We didn't prepay Klook for discount package, which also allow us more flexibility becoz oasis spa offer a wide range of discount which you can choose on site too.

On that day, I did the Wonderful Oasis treatment and my frd did the Coco Mango Pacakage. with both in 25% off discount. In general, the masseur are experienced with skills.
I would highly recommend this spa.

after the treatment , we grab some lunch nearby and the spa reception able to arrange car for us afterwards, which we reli appreciate it ! ‬

‪This is the best massage I had in Thailand hands down and one of the best i've ever had. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back. The experience was seamless from start to finish!‬

‪We had such an incredible time at Turquoise Cove. We committed to the four hour massage which included 2 hours of massage, a one hour facial, a steam bath and coconut wrap. We were not prepared for such awesome service, tea, fresh fruit and kindness. I love the professionalism of this wonderful place. We were celebrating our 35 year anniversary in Phuket and this was the icing on the cake. Our therapists were Flossy and Rainey....there were lovely.‬

‪Booked The Voyage of Golden Lanna for 2 via their website with promotional price. First time experience and it feels great. Only if both of the masseurs could apply the same pressure during massage would be perfect but they can hardly do it. Overall is very satisfactory and will definitely try other Oasis Spa outlet in future.‬
