We had a lovely day cooking different curries and a pudding. We all learnt something, even the more experienced cooks amongst us, and then we got to sit down and eat it all which was most enjoyable. Alexis is a very professional teacher and made us feel at home in her lovely house where the lesson and meal took place. I would happily do it again.

We spent a very productive entertaining few hours with Mariella & Alexis making pasta such a great skill to learn it looks impressive but anyone can learn how to do it with these teachers. They made us amazing salted caramel brownies and lemony Italian biscuits for the break which we washed down with our Prosecco. They also explained how to make an authentic pasta sauce which we ate with pasta for lunch wish lashings of focaccia fresh from the oven. It was a great start to our hen weekend in the Cotswolds. Such inspiring friendly teachers it was perfect.

I booked an Italian pasta cooking class with Mariella and Alexis to celebrate my birthday. There were 11 of us plus Mollie and Archie. We are aged 1 year to 60 and the event exceeded all expectation. We all had an incredible,fun and memorable day. Besides learning to make fresh pasta we had a superb lunch. The informality and passion shone through and I highly recommend this fabulous cookery school. Thank you Alexis for organising.

What a wonderful Cookery course this was! We had such fun creating delicious speciality Italian food with Alexis and Mariella. We learnt so much about real Italian customs and traditions in a relaxed and entertaining way. The end results were spectacular and looked so gorgeous in their gift wrapping. Only the finest of Italian ingredients were used, so thank you Mariella and Alexis for curating this unique Cookery course! Buon Natale! 🎄

I attended on Saturday morning 10th November a macaron course with three other people. We had two lots of ingredients all carefully weighed out and prepared by Alexis and so the four of us divided into two pairs and shared, following Alexis's instructions. It was enjoyable and we learnt all the trickiness of making the perfect macaron. We made two different coloured ones and made fillings of chocolate ganache and creme au beurre. Alexis was full of great tips as well as very detailed instructions so the end results were wonderful. We had a coffee/tea break with homemade delicious cakes and biscuits all made by Alexis. Her kitchen is large and well laid out with a very large table to work from plus a small relaxing area with comfy seats to sit and have our break. Everywhere is very neat, clean and tidy which epitomizes Alexis and her approach to cooking. She likes to make sure everything is as perfect as can be and instils in us the very best procedures and correct approach to achieve the very best results. We took home a box of perfect macarons and would definitely return and thank you Alexis.

My son attended the kids cooking course on 21st July. Thoroughly enjoyed making Pizza and ice cream. Learnt the techniques that goes into making good food and its benefits. Fabulous teaching by Mariella and Alexis. If you are looking for children course, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

My 10 year son went along to this course as he is passionate about eating - well now he is passionate about cooking too!! I can't recommend this enough; it's a great thing for your child to do independently from you (& without the mess in your own kitchen!!). He is desperate to come again & we are happy to encourage him.

Pleasantly surprised from the second I booked this course for my friend and I. Good communication, great welcome, fantastic course with professionals. Very relaxing environment with all staff involved making the experience extremely harmonious. I thoroughly enjoyed the course which ensured that I was entertained every second. All of the above has lead me to challenge my ‘inner chef’ by attending more classes at this fine establishment. A truly delightful experience that should not be bypassed for a normal everyday activity. Many thanks to Alexis, Mariella and Vanda for making this day both enjoyable and inspirational.

I’m addicted to Trousers’s courses and this one will certainly bring my blood pressure down. All that waiting for the mix to work and then the results so worth waiting for. No precise measuring here just going with the dough. My idea of heaven.

Having attended the Posh Puds course, I would happily sign up for another. The course is really well constructed and organised, and you learn some great new skills which can be applied to many a recipe. Alexis not only has wonderful expertise to share, but she's also a really good communicator, and so you understand what you're doing and why. We had a delicious lunch, eating one of our creations for pud, and still had two others to take home and share.

Sorry for late answer. Dancing Trousers is very good and with limited numbers it is a more personal course. For me it is very local so highly recommended
