You know I didn't inform you about the pick up time, because the tour is not confirmed for us, you sent us the email and we didn't answer you because you came personally and we have talked about that, I confirmed nothing so I didn't give you the pick up time, someone inform you about the pick up time? Remember that tripadvisor is not used just for complaints, you've done a tour with us to Erice and Segesta the day before, and it was all ok so try to write also good things.
