Fantastic, faultless service from start to finish....and, of course, an amazing time on the Lake.They had a couple of boats go down on one of their busiest days but without any hassle or fuss, quietly replaced the boat we had booked with another one(and upgraded for same cost).

We rented Jet skis for the afternoon on lake Okanagan from the downtown marina. Our two hours out on the lake were very enjoyable. When we returned the Jet skis and went to pay, the two other couples were charged $22 for 7.8 litres gas and we were charged $59 for 21.2 litres gas and oddly our gas bill was split into two different charges. We stayed together on the lake the whole time and went the same distance. We were told the difference could’ve been in our weight, which was negligible, distance, and the way we drove. We could understand if there was a little variance but a $37 variance does not make sense. The manager refused to talk to us, and we were told basically that there was nothing they could do. Moral of the story - take a picture of your gas gauge when you leave with your JetSki and one when you get back. And stay and watch them fill it up when you try it. We got ripped off!!!

It was a good day on the water staff was helpful. Only issue was two of the kids cut themselves pretty good (one fairly deep)on the ladder it had a screw loose and the tube deflated. Staff was helpful getting bandages and another tube .

Was there weekend before labor day holiday, place was very busy. Staff was so nice, and helpful. Unfortunately for us, just as we went out the wind picked up, young guy Parker told us, if you don't feel safe come back. My wife has some issues bringing pontoon boat in, another guy took staff boat, got on pontoon helped her bring in. They refunded our $, and were so nice about it. Highly recommend these guys.

We rented a pontoon boat from Downtown Marina as part of our family holiday to Kelowna. We had a wonderful hour out on the lake and the boat was ideal for our use. My only gripe was the high cost for one hour’s rental. We would loved to have spent longer but it was too expensive. However, we were aware of this heading out but I really wanted to bring our Canadian grandchildren out on the water. We had many fabulous years on Ireland’s inland waterways with their parents when we’re grow up.

Luciano was great! Made me feel ready for the water. Had a great day. Worth the cost. Had grandson screaming YEEHAW! Highly recommend!

This guy was awesome if you see this guy called Kevin he is such a nice guy and he does not make it scary if you scared of water this guy is the perfect guy he talks his voice is awesome everything about him is awesome!

Wir sind am Abend durch Downtown und am See entlang geschlendert. Herrlich. Wir haben dann noch eine Weile auf einer Parkbank am See gesessen und dem Sonnenuntergang zugesehen. Wunderbar.
